We use your information to evaluate funding eligibility, match you with lender partners, communicate about applications, improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.

• Lender partners who consider your application for funding.
• Service providers who help us operate our business under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Credit-related records are retained as required by federal and state law (typically 5–7 years).

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

We use bank-grade encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. Lendible is SOC 2 Type II audited annually.

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our services are intended for U.S. residents and businesses. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a website notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
